Advanced Renovations was founded in January of 1998 by Duane Johns and Roger Ketchum. In just a couple of short years David Dubé and Pat Apple joined the team to help produce the workload that our growing customer base required. At that time Duane became a full time office person handling all the sales, estimating and administrative work. After a few years of steady growth David stepped into the office to help with estimating and sales. With added carpenters in the field we were able to keep multiple projects in progress at the same time. In 2005 Roger joined the office team as production manager. As sales increased so did the need for help to produce them. In September of 2006 Chris Nestor joined the team as a project manager. His role quickly changed to production manager and a couple of our experienced lead carpenters moved into project manager roles as we balanced in house work with subcontract labor. In the past 10 years we have grown at a steady pace by promoting people within our team and bringing in qualified people. With the team we now have in place we can continue our steady growth and keep our focus on quality and providing our customers with a pleasurable experience throughout their project.
